Not only do they kill each other at a high rate but this is there accent.
The problem with Public Schools in America is-- incompetent teachers who are demoralized due to bad behaving children who do not have a stable two parent household. Most Black kids in Baltimore and many cities, lack home structure. Parents are too busy chasing daily bread, and depending too much on Public pathetic schools. Whites who can afford it send their children to private schools--or use Public schools but take their kids to extra studies privately to help children with learning disabilities. Blacks don't have this luxury.

White public schools are also just better off, if I'm not mistaken. Or at least just public schools in more Middle and Upper class neighborhoods because the US practices this system of not evenly distributing taxes to all public schools. The school's funding is instead dependent on the income of the local people so some public schools in well-off neighborhoods are honestly as well-funded and swanky looking as many private schools.

Umm no, Minnesota is ranked 2nd best state (after Massachusetts) in education. Somali Students score roughly the same as other students in Minnesota. We are average according to official reports.
