If u follow the data E1b1 men travelled to Greece and Asia and America's and transported their knowledge there and began those pyramid cultures. Knowledge had common origins just like human dna does, it doesn't develop separately.
I mean these non africans are remnants of hybrid humans who have alot of denisovan and neaderthal genes which will effect their brain development just like it effected those archaic species who were civilized by the first wave of modern homo sapien.
