Anfac Story is Fake.

This is a good lesson for us all. I believed it at first too but turns out I was wrong. That’s why in such difficult cases you gotta keep your emotions aside, wait for the facts to come out, and only then make up your mind.

Same here, I was quick to judge

Time for us to deeply reflect on this aya
49.6. O you who believe! If some transgressor brings you news (that requires taking action), verify it carefully (before you believe and act upon it), lest you harm a people in ignorance and then become regretful for what you have done

I stopped believing all accusations on the Internet without concrete evidence a while back when this situation with Daniel Greene a book YouTuber got accused, the girl was really believable and had me convinced he did it. Turns out it was all fake and she just regretted their fling. All his friends on YouTube dropped videos calling him out just to make apology videos to him a few days later. Completely changed the way I think about accusations on the Internet she was that believable.

Where's the proof guys. I swear you're all as quick to disbelieve as your are to believe. This is the consequence of a lack of pure institutions in both kenya and somalia. Kenyan police is hella corrupt. It becomes a your word against mine type thing. I think if there's any lesson that should be taken, is that we need to build trusted institutions.

Lol u are miskin if u believe that women are not involved in clan wars
They're not the ones with the guns that's for sure. Let's not try to push something that is nearly all male-lead onto somali women like they have any institutional power to stop it.

We do have a rape culture; when Somali women were protesting the other day, there were countless police officers in uniform that said they don’t care about r*pe women face. Sell this story to someone else, Somali people still praise Aided when his militia mass r*ped women during the 90s, and not one person has received justice.

Every culture has a rape culture. Idk why Somalis are acting like we're exempt. Caadan, indoyar, timo jileec, madow and somali cultures all have rape cultures.

We do have a rape culture. Each time clans fight each other wht do u think happens to women/girls.

That's not rape culture. There is a difference between systematic, culturally accepted behaviors and crimes committed in the context of war or political instability.

"Rape culture" refers to a society where sexual violence is normalized, tolerated, or excused in everyday life.

In Somalia, while sexual violence does occur especially in conflict zones it is not widely accepted or encouraged by the general culture. In fact, Somali social norms, Islamic teachings, and traditional values strongly condemn such acts.

The existence of sexual violence in wartime or political strife is a tragic reality in many conflict-affected regions, but that alone does not define a society as having a "rape culture." A rape culture would involve widespread victim-blaming, a lack of legal consequences for perpetrators, and societal indifference to sexual violence in everyday life.

The widespread outrage over incidents like the Anfac case (regardless if it's true or not) shows that Somali society does not tolerate or normalize such acts. While law enforcement and institutional responses may be weak due to instability in some regions, this is not the same as cultural acceptance.

Are women raping men in clan wars ??? Are they even fighting in them. Plz ur probably talking about their poems.

There are many cases that shows women are truly involved. For example the killed an oday from mudug because he was from a rivalry clan. Or last year in december they chopped with their men 6 sna soldiers because they were from a rivalry clan too. I mentioned a fee of them but there are more. And if they don’t fight then they encourage their men to commit these crimes. Many men and women are not innocent in somalia. Do you really believe that men are the only ones who were negatively impacted by 30+ years of war??

Southern trying to clean up the story and now blame the woman who got 🍇 :susp:. This is a new low even for you guy :ohlord:
