Of the most recent Marvel films, this one was actually quite decent. I am aware that some people dislike the current status of Marvel movies ( I also do). Surprisingly, this movie was excellent. The cast wasn't obnoxious and embarrassing. The movie occasionally didn't take its own story seriously. Typical Marvel issue, although it makes sense it wasn't their intended theme. Contrary to the Joker and Batman, two of my favourite superhero films, the plot was both humorous and serious at times.
The antagonist made me think of the early Avengers films where Thanos' danger was first introduced. Hopefully
lives up to the hype. This film is a significant step forward overall.
I rate this movie a solid 7.5
