Waryaa we both know Cayr is upset after not being given the PM as Farmajo promised, so he has to pay up one way or another and his recent actions such as the cabinet reshuffle & the hobyo/garcaad fiasco with Kheyre shows Farmajo is holding up his end of the bargain.
I personally don't care for either of those moves by Farmajo, good for him for pleasing his constituents, Hiraab got him in there after all.
