i own 4 apartments in Nairobi which I collect rent on each month

I own a house and land and currently buying more land in Somalia

Damn you are doing good man I don't have advice on this but I wouldn't get a mortgage in the UK. Due to inflation and rising interest rates. Plus the UK is miserable and I wont live there for long.
