Nah, my teeth are normal. I've only stayed there for a few days.

I actually think it's fluoridated water that are not from wells that make people get red teeth. Well water is fresh sxb.

Heard it was particular villages/cities that ruin your teeth. So I'm guessing you drank the water. Did it taste like it had rust in it or?

Don't know about that. I only drank bottled/purchased water in the cities.

The wells you're talking about are probably some contaminated sht sxb. It tasted normal to me.

I thought the water is very salty since it full of minerals or metals or something. Perhaps some places are just better than others?

It's not extremely salty. It does taste different, but not in a bad way IMO. Also, you're right, some wells are probably not clean.

Well water tends to be rain water. At least thats what they say it is.
