Oh. Yeah, I can still be distracted. It's only simply images I can't see. So essentially, if I was thinking of something, I'm sorta talking to myself in my head. Honestly the effortless focus one could gain would be worth the trade-off sometimes, nglNo. Since I've learned of this, I didn't think I was weird, as I simply thought no one could picture things. So, nothing in my life changed to be honest.

Most of the time, I simply focused on the prayer. Other times, I may have been distracted from my own thoughts.

I always felt I was bad at visualising stuff but then again my brain is all I've ever known so I had nothing to compare it to so I thought it was normal
