The only reason we have a lower life expectancy is because we are poorer by GDP, however I am certain the life in Somalia is 100% healthier than the overly polluted, cancer inducing atmosphere in the Western countries.

Actually Somalia had free health care, in the West all the free services are bog standard. You have to go private.
