He was good for rebuilding Somalia and slaughtering Ethiopian rats, but sadly he committed atrocities against our own people. He is very controversial, but I honestly think we'd have been better off with him staying in power than going down our current route. There'd be no al-shabaab terrorists or qabiil infighting with Siad Barre in power, or any other strongman president.
