The people I know usually don’t do these buffets they do Hakka. I’d say amongst the Somalis I know K BBQ is very big now. Try getting a spicing candied chicken.

I don’t eat Chinese food or Indian food. Both ethnicities have dirty kitchens. I’ll eat sushi, but from reputable authentic Japanese restaurants. Also I like Indonesian of Malaysian food, they’re both halal kitchens.
