Building a school building isn't the same as roads and other infrastructure you proposed the Puntland goverment should start in SSC.If you keep in mind that the second biggest project to be implemented in Puntland in the past 25 years and reported to cost 6 million,sponsored by the EU through Germany based organisation,GIZ was littered with corruption.
