AMISOM I think they will continue to be there as an observer force in 20 years time. I don't think the SNA will be a totally functional organized armed force by then.

The southern states will be under the direct control of the government if pacification ever happens. They are too diverse to carve up as tribal states. Today those states exist only in name and their administrative control is federal government. Federalism doesn't work in the south, it works in the north because only a handful of tribes control the land.

They hold power. The SNA is made up of militias loyal to these warlords so to placate them they were given ministries and now senator seats. What does Qeybdiid and Muuse Sudi know about passing motions? Think about it

If the FGS can control the states of the south, don't you think the FG will go after the north, seeing as they will have the economic, population and agricultural core of the country?
Do you see Somalia still being at the mercy of Ethiopia, Kenya, EU, and Arabie etc in 20 years ?
