There's no such thing as ADHD. There was a study done how much can you read and what can you retain. This study covered all people even with ADHD. They figured out everyone just retained the first 20 minutes of matteral the rest was gibberish. So this ADHD is your brain letting you know you should read for 30 minutes and take a break each 5 minutes after each 30 minutes. Just know words are magic.
