The armed forces has to be its own separate subculture and absorb the clan members. The SL army has both Isaaqs and Dirs and even had Hartis such as Dhulos and Warsans in it before 2023.

The majority population of SSC-K is Dhulbahante why wouldn't their army mirror that? Or do you want them to promote DEI for minorities? I can't think of anyone aside from Harti that live there so why would anyone but apart of their army?

Qabil Diversity shouldn't be the standard for grading whether it is a professional security force or a clan millita, for example SWS security forces are primarily RX does that make them clan millita? Or even PL which is primarily MJ does that make PL security forces a clan millita?

After SL army was thoroughly kaarbashed on August 25, 2023 SL was left completely undefended, SSC couldn't waltzed all the way to Burco unopposed had they choose too. SL and the issaq clan put all their money and effort into their national army and when that army collapsed there wasnt a single millita left to protect them. Hence why we have millitas like SSB and G36 created to fill the security vacuum.
