Harti are not in the ‘SL army’ and there was never any such thing as a SL army. After the Isaaq habar civil war ended in ‘97 the separate clan militias turned in their guns into a central command. It was still a militia that was no different to other militias in the region. Nothing special or distinct about it, it was easily defeat by mostly dhullos kids. Just because SL paid a few horgals doesn’t mean harti was part of it. This is silly and illogical.
