They should do Maay vs Oromo. I think Maay speakers would get the oromo terms more quickly than maxaa speakers.
Often times it's only the pronunciation that changes.
Anyway despite obvious similarities english and german are way probably closer than somali and oromo.
The closest language to somali is rendille, if listen to them you can understand small phrases and not just a few words like Oromo

I like this guy's videos, glad he's done this one, I wanted to know what similarities we had with Oromos.
I hope he does more on the Horn, since there are apparently a lot of Somalis and Ethiopians/Eritreans in Canada.
I'm guessing Oromo has some influence from the Semitic speaking Ethiopians.
Also I find it funny how the Oromo girl's channel is mostly about Somalis

Because Maay lacks X , C , KH and Q sounds just like Oromo so the pronunciation is probably more similar
