The Mushunguli dialect of Zigula can be considered the ''Somali Bantu'' language.
I'll reiterate my previous point, there's no language called "Somali Bantu." Somali Bantus speak a Bantu dialect called Mushunguli, it should be called by its proper name.

I was talking about Baajuni, when did they become Bantu?
Bajunis aren't Cushitic, they are related to other Swahili people. This is common knowledge.

Swahili is a Bantu language.

Technically they are Bantus.

Our resident Bravanese @Games, is also a Bantu, lol.

Language doesn't decide ethnicity. Bajunis aren't Bantu because of the language they speak, they are Bantu because of their lineage. Bravanese, on the other hand aren't Bantu. They speak Chimini because of interactions they made with the coastal Bantu due to trade. Swahili itself is a young language derived from Bantu languages already spoken in the Great Lakes region and Arabic. They are remnants of the Omani sultanate. Within Somalia, they are most related to the Reer Xamar, Ashraaf, and Reer Marka (not including Biyomaal).
