Balding

I use Frankincense essential oils, there is a good company on Amazon (UK only for now) called Land of Punt Frankincense . Mix it with another carrier oil, as essential oils can be very strong. Also read that rosemary oils (including essential oil) can be good.

Personally I only wash my hair with filtered water (get a good shower head filter), and I also do not use shampoo. Water only, your hair will get very oily and strange to begin with, but it then eventually balances itself out and things like dandruff go away. It actually works.

We have all been brainwashed into buying lots of products we don't need by corporations trying to make a profit.

Do you even use shampoo at all if so how many times a week do use shampoo ?

Personally I wash my hair 1x a week with shampoo. I'm trying to do 2x weeks but I use 3x oil every week so it's quite hard not washing your hair that has oil.

I don't use oil on my hair, apart from a very little amount of essential oil every now and then (emphasis very little amounts and I am rogue in that way,), and yes I don't use shampoo at all. I just wash my hair with filtered water. Your scalp has natural sebum production which will regulate itself after a few weeks and stop over producing when you stop using chemicals that strip your scalp.

You can use natural alternatives to shampoo and make it yourself at home:

My hair is mainly 3a with some 3b tendencies.

I wash my hair everyday. 6:30 every morning I use shampoo/conditioner on my hair like once a week
Could be the specific conditioner/shampoo you’re using? A lot of these shampoo companies sell to make a profit and not actually improve your hair, that’s why they have a lot of lawsuits happening to them, maybe use a less known but more natural brand?

Basically this, eating at a caloric surplus or maintaining body weight is ideal as well, anything but losing weight as the body tends to shut off hair follicle growth deeming it unnecessary when you go through weight loss, especially extreme weight loss from certain diets/fasting right after bulking
