Bale Mountains in Oromia

I can't read the whole account of al-maqrisi to know everything he said about bale but here is a quick description of the kingdom.

The kingdom of bale's length is 20 day and it's width is 6 days and it's the most fertile land of bilad a-zayla' "also called adal or jabarti" and they trade using bartering, sheeps for cows and cows for clothes and such things and it's people follow the hanafi madhab.
Does he mean Jabarti as in darood?

No jabarti is the name of a city but also the name of the country. The land of adal was also called the land of zayla' after the port city zayla' and it was called the land of al-jabarti after a city called jabarti. The inhabiting of adal were sometimes called zayla'i or jabarti meaning from bilad a-zayla' or bilad al-jabart. The text didn't say jabarti but i added it for context since it was also used in the same time period.

Back then cities had two names for example zayla' was also called awdal and ifat the first capital of the ifat kingdom was also called jabarta. Ibn khaldun the famous historian also called the capital of the walashama jabarti and some sultans of the walashama were also called al-jabarti.

This means back then al-jabarti didn't only mean darood but anyone from these lands and later it meant muslims from east africa. You can even find people called al-jabarti in eritrea but they're not from the darood clan.

Those ogaden are probably migrants who live in rayitu bokool or gindhir city

we are also in Melkaa Oda and many other towns which we are majority. A lot of our lands in Bale region have been illegally placed under oromia which is unacceptable. These are local Somali Ogaden herders in bale region.

Only Ogaden that were in bale were the Adan Qayr I know and I think some amaadin but all Adan qayr in bale got assimilated into rayitu clan around 1600’s

There was no Oromo presence in bale at that time. They arrived in the 1700’s after they expanded from Kenya. Rayitu is a stone throw from the Somali regional border on the map lool it’s not in central oromia. The Aden Kheyr & Ogaden tribes pasture their camels in the region. With the lack of internet & service it’s very hard to speak with the locals there. Both sides of the border is inhabited by the same family. The borders of Libaan, Erer,Afdheer, Daawa regions of the Somali state needs to be redrawn. A lot of lands inhabited by the Somali nation is written off as oromia on the map which needs to be corrected.

So you are saying that an Ogaden man became the successor of Raayitu Qallu. How many offsprings did he produce. How many wives did he have 🤔

Oromia Liyuu needs to be disbanded so that the Somali community in Gindhir district can live in peace. It is the non Muslim Oromos from other regions that cause Division amongst the Muslims in bale region.

The attacks stopped now but they were attacking us very hard in the beginning of 2017. Now their attention is focused on other Somali Territories like Tuli Guled & Jinacsani.

they claim Somali but speak Oromo. They are similar to the Oromo/Amhara Bastard versions in Shewa. During the sunrise they are Somali and when it sets they become Afran Qallo Bareeduu

Brother , Jeberti was a region within Zeila not Zeila itself

"“Regione Jabrah, quae hodie Jabarta appellatur fedes collocauit. Jabarta autem ad regionem Zaila pertinet”

He settled in the region of Jabrah, which is today called Jabarta. Jabarta belongs to the region of Zaila.

Yes but the country or the kingdom went by two different names. In arab account you'd see them refer to the kingdom as either bilad a-zayla' or bilad-al-jabart.
