Right now it's the diaspora people who can afford places like Aragsan Village because of the price range, but I hope in the future that the banks and the developers build same style affordable housing for the locals as well. I love that Hargeisa is setting the bar high, no more Jingad houses without Plumbing and Electricity.

Nah mainly towards 40-50s, you can see there’s playgrounds and stuff they want to market it to qualified professionals who can still give you 2 decades of work (that age range).

Most of the residents would be retirees tho I bet
