I am trying to think of if there was an equivalent to ‘sch00l sho0tings” back in the old days before internet and industrialisation. When members of the tribe/village/hamlet felt ostracised did they ever crash out like these kids of today? Or did they know they would be stopped with an axe before they even made it 5 steps

Similar thing goes on in china everyday. Individuals feel wronged by society so they lash out(mass stab or go on a car murder spree) against randoms. The gov tightly supresses the news to keep social order and a clean image of the state abroad though
