They aren't chasing after any ethnicity per say. It's just common for young men to to have as much hookups as possible with any women they find attractive. They want to enjoy a nice bachelor lifestyle before they settle down.
It's common knowledge that a small amount of women from each ethnic group is willing to date out. These men mainly go after those women because they're easier to sleep with.

This isn't primarily part of just madow culture either. It's part of Western culture. Most westernized men don't see themselves getting married until they're 30+.
