Don't get me wrong, I still support Black Lives Matter because us Somali's are affected by police brutality as well. I could care less for the organization but the movement is something I'd stand for. At the same time, I'll focus more on Somali issues because we don't really have other people looking out for us. It's up to our community to organize these events and meet ups to demand justice.
