The word Booliqaran means looted national wealth.

Most of the time, when people mention Booli Qaran, ther are referring to a an area in the Wadajir locality which is in the district of Medina, a suburb in Muqdisho. The reason the area was nicknamed Booli Qaran is because a lot of it was settled almost exclusively by government workers (almost all Daarood) .The houses were all very nice, lots of good villas and mansions.

You must accept darod were traitors who milked the country to and then made an agreement with Ethiopia in 1988. U milked the country and you got put in your place. If SNM was tratiors then MOD kacaan were also traitors.
