@Bohol The role the Isimo play and the State is unofficial in PL and it's not 'structured' and 'orderly' hence there is a-lot of ovelap and grey areas which can mean 'masuq' is possible and then we all suffer as region as the state is considered unreliable for alliances, investment, role to play in the world. I suspect if we speak of our past and present and create a system to compliment it in PL, we are now on the right track, but that is difficult due to 'dano gaar ah' which is unrealistic and holding us back as a region.
I would love to delegate
1. Land ownership to the ISIMO as it's their land and therefore their official approval is required at all times HENCE WE NEED SOME SORT OF QUASI ROYAL AND REPRESENTATIVE GOVT. PL meel ay awoodu hal meel taala ma aha, lakin waxay raban inay dhisan dawlad awood hal meel taala 'villa garowe' which is problematic as their 'stakeholders' with power that may exist who are outside the system and therefore the system can be shaky.
2. Conflict resolution on any clan or political matter
3. Disaster recovery be it natural, war, man made
4. Assign them the duty of selling PL historical place in the old world to other old world partners
5. Represent the Puntland government to speak to other Royal families about our STORY before Somalia.
6. Ensure a 'royal' tax is created to ensure their taken care of all ISIMO
Now the politicians can focus and breath and not be stuck in 'wada hadalo' ama 'dhexdhexadin' kkkkk, roles are defined based on REALITY not based on SIDADA UU JECESHAHAY. Too many stakeholders with power in PL and they need 'nidaam' and 'royal structure' is the only one I seen that works. So now their wont be MP, GURTI, OR SIYASI. Their duties is REGION WISE AND DANO GUUD MATTERS ONLY NOT DANA BEELEED LIKE YOUR SHITTY AS GUURTI
