When the hell is this terminal going to be modernized? The one thing I hate about PL is the slow and snail paced development. In a 5 year term, the amount of projects can be quantified and measured if their is a good government.

It's good their doing most of the processing and not handing it over to some Chinese or Dubai middle man to do who would take all the profit margin and pay you a petty real estate land holdings fee like they do in congo.
