I'm moving here. It has a world class town plan, infrastructure, parks/market/school/health zones and services. Plus the range of properties is made of high grade resistance cement and bricks.
You gotta make sure your not buying a cheap recycled internal shub, bricks, and building material because they cover it up with cheap china made modern fad external fittings in Mogadishu.
Always get a civil engineer to come to inspect your future building project and the building materials and what grade it is and what sort of resistance it has and how energy efficient the project is(that's running costs to cool your place if it's not insulated).
Trust me the cheap buildings in Hamar if valued by a civil engineer it's not worth 5k building material cause they buy recycled second hand excess from international markets, but they sell it to those dumb ppl at 50k. Always speak with a civil engineer to inspect your not being cheated with cheap second rate building materials.

You said it's good right? Is it open for us to buy land there or not yet? Cause it's a prime location with good urban planning.
