XamarCade a legitimate question. There are many sides. The businessmen say it is because of new charges levvied to get access. The administration deny that and says it is the fault of businessmen who do not want to pay up and that there were no new charges.

The truth is that people in Bosaso are against and are worried of the new company that took over the port in a shady deal.

And then again there is Paul who raised more suspicioun through his actions and now as a result is the new man in town who everyone fears.
