Audubillah dont say that. We would have an extreme lack of rain which means we would desertify. More cloud cover = Sun covered by clouds= Lack of heat from Sun = Sun cannot heat the oceans = Water cannot evaporate = less condensation in Atmosphere = Less precipitation/RAIN.

Indias military is far superior to pakistans. Islamabad is bluffing about war, as it should. Indias military far outclasses pakistans but they both have nukes so Pakistan can manoeuvre its public policy despite being in a position of weakness without losing prestige.
India probably acknowledges this and doesn’t want to impose itself on Pakistan for fear of nuclear reprisal. Thus status quo, occasional high stakes clashes but all in all. Just all talk
