Neither do Israel and USA want a fully blown war with Iran. Iran can be obliterated with bombing but they can hit all the gulf countries and bomb sites in Israel. The Shias will probably strorm USA bases Iraq if a full war starts. There are many unknowns here. Israel is the stronger that doesn’t mean Iran doesn’t have any leverage.

The US can’t obliterate anything which is they failed in Afghanistan & Vietnam. Tiny Israel which is far less powerful than the United States can do nothing to a larger, mountainous, advanced military power like Iran.

Israel can’t even defeat the lightly armed Qassam Brigades in the tiny Gaza Strip, what makes you think they can destroy Iran besides nuking them?
