Yes this was asked for by him and the Somali community. The Liberals can now do it since they are now in office. The Foreign Affairs Ministry is now on the case.
Somalis don't need to lobby the Liberals, they just ask and they get what they want. We run to them for everything and they gladly deliver. No other ethnic group is more dear to the Liberals than Somalis
