Al shabaab and Isis are 2 different groups who are against each other

It would make no sense for him to fund al shabaab as Mogadishu is a friendly government to turkey
It would make sense for him to find Isis in Syria as they both have the same goal (overthrowing Assad) but unlike Saudi Arabia and qatars case, there is no document that provides solid proof
