This is false.

It's the overpopulation and urban landscape of Mogadishu that makes it inherently vulnerable and difficult to guard against attacks. Al Shabab thrives from their intimate knowledge of the city, support from locals and encampments, take those away and that will be in itself a HUGE plus for security.

Not at all.

Just because the suits are leaving the city doesn't mean security forces will.

Moving the city will reduce the attack vector for al shabab significantly. Many civilian government workers could no longer be targeted in the city.
