There’s a difference between being a homosexual and engaging in homosexual activities. How can we punish someone just for liking the same gender? That isn’t apart of Shariah but Uganda is going the extra mile.

yes of course. when I refer to homos I mean people who actually practice. people who just have the tendency are miskeen people who need help.

are you sure the Uganda law punishes people just who have the tendencies? I think it just punishes people who are convicted of the practice or of promoting homosexuality... but obviously I don't agree with punishing anyone just for having the tendency. they should be given help, not punishment.
