Inshallah, but it would be better before it to change our name so we can get used to the name change rather than waiting for it after independence. Is better now so other countries can take us more seriously rather than confuse js constantly with Somalia like I have seen them do. Some of them even think Ilhan Omar is from there is better now. We're not anti Somali just anti Somalians from Somalia. Specifically Hawiye/darood (MX, MJ, HA/HG) leadership within Somalia. That group has all the power but just destroyed the Somali name world wide. They can't make a functioning country for 30 years what else needs to be said. I prefer Somalia change its name and allow Somaliland to inject some sharaf back into the Somali name worldwide.
