I very much doubt, just take a look at who they are friends with (Iran, Egypt, Syria) and their main foes (USA, GCC) The CIA has bases in our country, Russia has no real interest in Somalia, they are bogged down in the middle-east, Eastern Europe and Eurasia.

If anything they would side with Ethiopia because of it's friendship with China and her huge infrastructure projects there, the only way to get their backing might be through Egypt, but then you are pissing of Turkey-Qatar and the rest of the GCC because of Iranian backing.
