Not true. The elections were delayed 3 times already (before this), this one however was stopped because of the drought, the others were
just waste of time and excuses though which unfortunately damaged Sland.

It's reflecting poorly on all of Somaliland. It's a fragile state already and the way things are going might mean conflict. They should've just held an election while they were supposed to.
