Unless you’re debt free, being a doctor is one of the slowest and inefficient ways to build wealth. The opportunity cost for being a doctor in a specialized field like that is 10+ years.

The guy probably didn’t start to make money until his mid 30s. On top of that he probably had hundreds of thousands of medical school debt to tackle while simultaneously handling finances he had as a husband and lifestyle creep.

He probably did this to start his life over. Maybe if they divorced she would have taken half the assets and child support. He did this for a fresh start.

Yes tht indian doctor had his kids and wife in the car and ran off the cliff. They all survived but guess wht the verdict was...he plead insanity and the judge let him pay a fine and get psych help but he will not go to jail. Its soo crazy. He tried to kill his family and himself and nothing happens to him. I think the wife was pressured not go against him in court. U know how indians act.
