I think Northern Somalis have more Yamen and more recent Nilotic admixture and they probibally mixed with Saho, who in turn mixed with Eritrean Tigray. Let's enjoy this Beja warrior dance.

Saho 's don't live in Sudan they live only in Eritrea. Some isaaq' s have the same paternal Y haplogroup as Eritrean Saho. Arap Sh Isaaq and Saho have the same Y haplogroup. Beja live in Sudan not Saho.

Habar Jeclo look more Eritrean than Amhara. Amhara have Bantu or other mix.somslu looks varies even between sub sub clans. But I don't believe Somalis look different because they have different origins. They just look different because they have different percentages of inter mix with the neighbouring populations or olans . I think western Somalisin K5 looked more Eritrean than Ethiopian before the Oromo expansion after the 16th Century.
