Canada’s Housing Market is Cooked

Bruh we use to laugh at UK but these niggas are more likely to get a house then in Canada we’re cooked

I’ll be planning to move and work in the states the next few years. This country is a sinking ship

The semi-detached homes in my old neighbourhood are going for 900k to 1 million+. Mind you those homes were made in the 90s with flimsy material. Ontario is finished. The smart families I know moved to Alberta and were easily able to get homes for a lot cheaper. But lowkey Alberta has a drug epidemic going on its very bad out there.

i’m guessing your in toronto? Yeah Ontario is cooked right now. Unless you have a good job, or your family has a property from the early 2000s it’s better to plan a future and settle down somewhere else.

All of Canada has been like this for a while, not just Ontario. For some reason they don’t build new homes and interest rates are at 1% which means cheap money for mortgages which increases demand/prices. Shoulda just settle in Minnesota.

GTA Area. But yeah Ontario is finished. If you want to settle down you have to go to those cheap up North areas but all the good jobs are in the GTA. Or just move out of Ontario altogether. The prices for condos and apartments are outrageous and barely spacious too.
