Canada has a 1 trillion dollar trade with America, trump announced his going to slap a 25% tariff on all that trade volume which is a fee of 250 billion a year. This will be mandatory fee once their ships enter American Shores, it will be docked down, goods valued, and tariff applied. It will be spread out and adjusted obviously per trader buts it's still a $250 billion fee at the end of the year.

I'm wondering are they just going to increase the product price by 25% and pass it onto American consumers to pay and recoup the fees thru final sales in the market place, which will hurt your products making it more expensive then other non tariff products and if your sales volume reduce so will production from your land and jobs. The only other way out of this is to cut costs in your companies across canada by 25% which is 250 billion dollars over a year, that's alot of jobs that need to be reduced.

Mexico fired back and said get ready for a trade war they love a Mexican stand off, I think trump bit more then he can chew here, definitely over played his hand here thinking he can get some upper hand in future trade talks when they come begging and their choking and will take his crappy art of the deal nonsense, try that with miskeen Canadians. I enjoy trump only for one reason his entertaining but his dumb as bricks which I think many will take advantage of it globally. I like him cause of his honesty, his behaviour on camera and he still.damn outrageous, imagine off camera what a nitemare but honesty doesn't break snakes is what he.doesnt know, as a snake only respects another superior snake who says I'm letting u live but I got u in checkmate 1 millions time over. He assumes he can't win if you don't lose and if you win he assumes he lost, it's zero sum thinking which is as old as the neaderthal age which is why those archaic aborigines failed before a more cooperative win win, game theory type of homo sapien.

Noone is gonna buy into his tariffs cause he assumes your business ppl will suffer profit losses either thru increasing prices and passing onto consumers or cost cutting in their economy.

You really can't compare win win cooperation vs zero sum win and lose as that's 50/50 chances where as when u cooperate and bring multiple minds, it's far more dangerous and far more artistic and mosaic as it can go anyway and percentile calculation go into craziness directions.
