Canada and the European Union should just have freedom of movement.
Why are they sourcing their immigrants from the Middle East, India, and China when there are many Europeans willing to live there? Culturally, Poles and Spaniards would be easier to assimilate than Somalis, Pakistanis, and Tamils.

We have way too many Poles here.
They're doing this for votes. Non-white immigrants vote for them.
I don't mind no skilled immigrants who work minimum wage.

Most of your poles were born or raised there. Not first generation anymore.
IMO, I would like to see freedom of movement between all countries with GDP over $20,000. Open up the world to similar leveled economies.
This would be the list then:
Although I would leave out Israel and Gulf Arab countries out of principle.

Also, I very much doubt Japan would be open to any of such plans.
Canada+USA+Europe+Australia+New Zealand might some day open up their markets to each other.

Canada is culturally the closest country to Western Europe. I find Canadians to think more like Europeans compared to USA and OZ folks.
