Even though it’s not a “racist” conversation it’s still pretty inappropriate to talk about that during work. either way caadans are minorites in Brazil/Latin America , South Africa and Zimbabwe yet they are the richest and hold the 1%, them being a minority is not going to affect them in a negative way. I think america along with maybe Canada is going to look like Brazil in the next coming decades
