Centralism is not superior when you have a bad leader. Which we will inevitably have as Somalis. Accept that federalism is the future for this reason alone. There’s no trust in Somalia and never will be.

Somalia should not have a conventional military for the whole country. Instead we should have for each FMS the kind of paramilitary forces Puntland has i.e. Darawish army, maritime police etc.

Somali politicians are not that expensive, they’re relatively cheap to buy. The UAE brought $10 million in 2018 to pay for their slaves. I would say he got probably half a million.
