Should there be a central language in the horn? like a evenly mixture of all the languages and made one language. This language is not spoken at home but when you are traveling to different countries . This Somali girl speak 4 languages in the horn

Or should the language of Somali and Tigrinya .Or just straight Somali, because it is spoken in Djibouti Somalia and eastern Ethiopia and northern Kenya
