Try to look at it from different perspectives. It could be because of the crackdown on al shabaab that the realisations are this severe. Also try to keep in mind that the digital warlords (business men) are most of the time against the rebuilding of statehood which decreases their profits. In Somalia you can't just blame one organisation/ opposition. There are to many factors at play.
