I know rich cadaan kids in my school who do this lol. They even pay their peers to do their hw lol. They get straight As while partying all the time.
To be fair it's not just in Africa it's in any third world place. The West immigration policy is to prioritize the highly skilled immigrants over the regular ones.

I feel for smart people living in third world countries. Kind of unfair that they earn so much less than even plumbers or bus drivers in the West do, just for being a citizen of a shithole.

I remember a saxiib at my Uni using another saxiib for this. It was a business course. The saxiib writing his report for him was my friend and tested him. He lied and said he'd already submitted the report then asked for payment. The other saxiib laughed, said thank you and "You expect me to pay you 1,500 AED (410USD) for a report? Hhahaha!" then blocked him. My saxiib shook his head and submitted the script for the Bee movie on the platform our Uni uses for submitting reports.
The other saxiib was majorly ticked and the professor understandably wanted to know why the hell he would submit a movie script. But it seems this saxiib was a bit insane because he actually had the audacity to take my friend to the Dean and I guess say "Dean! I asked him to write my report for me and he submitted a movie script because I refused to pay him! Punish him!" my friend never did tell me how that all ended for the guy but I imagine it wasn't a great ending.
