Patience is a virtue. Grinding for 20 plus years of schooling sometime 30 to become doctor and enduring all those difficulties not many have that patience and spirit. Takes parents heavily involved and pushing kids through their chaotic years so they don’t lose focus

Black people are not patient and cannot delay their gratification. I think its extremely dangerous to have 95% of Blacks near you if you're an ambitious, disiciplined and financially literate Black person. If you're an above average Black person, you need to disassociate from Black people. This is especially true as a Somali dealing with Somalis.
