Tigrayans will.be in addis Ababa soon.the Western Powers are brokering regime change and post Abye Ethiopia.
Abye is being told to leave Addis ababa and TDF are waiting for green lights from Western Powers on when to storm Addis Ababa it would be a smooth power transition not like what happened to Siyad Barre in 1991.
No Amhara is comming back to power they dont have the balls, guts even to defend Amhara region and want the entire Ethiopia to die for them while they lock their sons in their house discouraging them to go to war.A war they created and didnt go the way they planned.
To the west the initial plan was to reinstate Amhara but after what happened in Tigray they made a U turn policy of ensuring that the only way Ethiopia can stay relevant and as a country is through ethinc federalism.Previously they envisioned centralism after Tigray lost its power in Addis Ababa.

but i think it will take long to topple abiye. as long as the tigray fiasco is away from addis and amhara region capital is safe and the amharized oromo hordes are cannon fodder amhara can continue limping into 2022. amhara way kibreen but i dont see tplf returning to power without them allying with another ethnicity.

Tigray want to keep a federalist state while Amhara wanted a centralist state.
The west wanted Amhara to rule Ethiopia under Centralism but in this day and age Centralism is obsolete.
They just realised that the centralism project would lead to the break up of Ethiopia permanently.
TDF to be honest has fought for the rights of every ethnoc group in Ethiopia and have defeated the feudalist, Amhara privilege policies.
Hawiye policy is driven by Darood phobia.
They supported and brought Farmajo to use him as a stick against D block.
Farmajo messed up with their plan and he not only became a stick against Darood but also a karbash for Hawiye.
If Farmajo was re elected he would have divided hawiye and pitted them against each other that would be very dangerous for them.

Unfortunately, Amhara does have every right to claim the shots. Oromo had 1 chance, just 1, and they blew it by using Abiy Ahmed, a former TPLF member. Now he daggered his old teammates, leaving his folk in disarray. Centralism, Federalism, whatever you do, it doesn't matter. Amhara will get the last laugh. You shouldn’t advocate for Abiy to leave, it will be a very regretful act for HOA.
Your analogy for Somalia, Darood and Hawiye is the same case for Ethiopia, just add 2 more tribes into the fold. Abiy messed up the whole plan, divided up his own clan and pitted others against each other. And now, he is reelected.

Also most ethiopians prefer ethnic federalism no one wants to be ruled from addis ababa and their mayors, provincial commissioners, district commisoners be amhara who hide under united Ethiopia.
